Refund Policy for WebX
At WebX, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Refunds
- Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.
- Conditions: To qualify for a refund, the project must not be completed or delivered. If the work has already been delivered or approved by the client, no refunds will be provided.
- Partial Refunds: For projects partially completed, WebX may offer a partial refund based on the work completed to date.
- Non-Refundable Services: Hosting, domain registration, and third-party software purchases are non-refundable.
Process

- Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
