Tutor Requirements:-

  1. Expertise in Your Field:
    Demonstrated proficiency and in-depth knowledge in your subject area, with relevant experience or certifications to back it up.

    Prior teaching, tutoring, or training experience is preferred, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

  4. Strong Communication Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of students.

  5. Curriculum Development:
    Ability to create structured, well-organized course materials, including lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.

  6. Tech Savvy:
    Comfortable with using online teaching platforms, video conferencing tools, and other digital resources to deliver courses.

  7. Dependability:
    Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and responding to student inquiries in a timely manner.

  8. Adaptability:
    Flexible and open to feedback, with the willingness to update course content and teaching methods to best suit student needs.

Eligibility Criteria:-

  • Access to Necessary Technology:

    Ability to provide a portfolio or examples of previous work, whether it’s projects, courses taught, or other relevant accomplishments.

  • Legal Eligibility to Work:
    Must be legally eligible to work as a freelancer or contractor in your country of residence.

  • Commitment to Course Development:

  • Background Check:
    Willing to undergo a background check, if required, to ensure the safety and trust of our learning community.

Expected Remuneration:-

At WebX Academy, our tutors’ remuneration is directly linked to the success of their courses on our platform. Tutors receive 40% of the revenue generated from their courses, while WebX Academy retains 60% to cover platform operations, marketing, and support services. This model incentivizes high-quality course creation and active engagement with students, ensuring that your earnings grow as your course popularity and enrollment increase.
We believe in rewarding your efforts fairly and transparently, making it a win-win for both our tutors and our learning community.
